Personality: Lux is a quiet person who just seems to take pictures when you first meet him. He is strangely calm in all sorts of situations, even smiling if his life is in danger as long as he can take the type of pictures he wants. When getting to know him, he becomes a little too hyperactive and might say some things he shouldn’t. He has a short temper, especially if he is told that he looks like a girl. He is the type to ignore people by accident because of his passion for taking photos and sometimes becomes too absorbed in it if no one talks to him for a while.

History: Born into a family that used to run hot springs, Lux grew up spending time with his grandfather most of the time because of his parents being away most of the time from the jobs they had at another city. As a kid, Lux often spent his time wandering around Route 217 to observe and take pictures of the ice type Pokémon with the camera he got from his grandfather who was a photographer back in the day. Despite most of the Pokémon avoiding him when trying to take pictures, he never gave up on taking at least one good looking picture, meeting a stray Eevee in the process.

The Eevee stayed still, not running away from him. He couldn’t pass up the opportunity and took many pictures, each coming out beautiful in his eyes. As he admired them, the Eevee went up to him and bit his hand. He tried to shake her off but eventually stops when he noticed that she wasn’t being aggressive. He stayed still and watched her continue biting his hand until she grew tired of doing so. She then ran away, leaving behind its tracks in the snow. Lux watched her run away, took of the picture of the scenery with her footprints in the snow, and walked back to Snowpoint City to show his grandfather the pictures he took.

For the next couple of days, he went out to the route to search for that Eevee. He never saw her before on the route and wanted to befriend her. After all, it’s better to befriend a Pokémon that can’t potentially hurt you badly right? After running around until sunset, he finally finds her at the end of Route 216 near the entrance to Mt. Coronet. She stared at the entrance, as if she was waiting for someone.

Lux, almost speechless, began taking pictures without noticing and stopped when she turned around to look at him. The two of them stared at each other until she decided to walk towards him and sat in front of him. Lux kneels down and pets her, forming a bond between the two of them. The Eevee eventually began to follow him around, letting the two of them have a close bond.

When he turned 11, he started to journey around Sinnoh to take pictures of the scenery and Pokémon along with V, the Eevee he befriended on Route 216. He eventually goes on to journey around Hoenn as well. When hearing several things about other regions, he decides to make it his goal to take pictures of the most beautiful places in each region.
